About me / Philipp Neuberger
Curiosity is
my common thread.
Entrepreneur, developer, thinking partner. I enjoy understanding how things connect — and what we can make of them together.
And beyond work?
Ideas. Code. Good company.
01 / Experience & perspective
Close to the code.
With the bigger picture in mind.
For more than 30 years, I’ve been connecting technology, products and business. What keeps it interesting is the people — and the next good question.
I started my first agency at 18. Since then, I’ve founded companies, built teams and worked in large organisations. I still write software myself. Building keeps me curious and my judgement close to real work.

03 / Beyond the screen
There’s more
that keeps me curious.
My interests go in many directions. Here are a few starting points — the stories behind them tend to find their place in a personal conversation.
Nature & hunting
Being outdoors
Observing, being patient and understanding connections. Outside, things take on a different scale.
Sport shooting
Calm & precision
Focus, deliberate decisions and resilience. Including the ability to stay grounded under pressure.
Mental work
A flexible mind
Understanding my own patterns, practising attention and making room for new perspectives.
Social dining
People at the table
Bringing people together. Leaving time for good conversations and seeing where they lead.
A craft for the senses
Cooking & enjoying
Good ingredients, a little curiosity and the pleasure of trying things. Enjoyment deserves its own space.
Travel & discovery
Going places
Different places, everyday lives and perspectives. There is always more to discover.
And plenty more. Some things are best discovered over a good meal.
