Philipp Neuberger in conversation — It usually starts with a question nobody asked.

Building is fun.

That is the honest reason this list is so long. I sit down in the evening, have an idea, and want to know whether it holds — so I build it. Some of it becomes a product, some a tool only I use, and some stays an afternoon. All three are worth it.

Everything here runs, or has run. No concepts, no slides: every piece had a first user, even if that user was me.
