seo-champ is my answer to tools that mainly produce one thing: pretty numbers. It walks through the work in three steps — take stock, set priorities, get it done — and is always tied to one specific website of your own. Everything it shows comes from real sources.

The principle

Visibility is a field full of false precision: estimated search volumes, extrapolated indices, rankings out of a black box. Budgets then get allocated on that basis. So seo-champ has an uncomfortable rule built in: where no real data source is connected, there is no number. The gap stays visible.

That changes the conversations in a team. You argue about solid figures instead of estimates — and you quickly notice which numbers you actually need.

How you work with it

First, take stock: what is actually on the site, what does Google find, how fast does it load. Then priorities: which ten things make the biggest difference — with reasons. Finally the work itself, including ready-made briefs for whoever writes, and follow-up on what actually happened.

The result isn't a report nobody reads. It's a worklist that gets worked through.

Why now

Visibility is shifting fundamentally: search engines answer questions themselves, AI answers name their sources. Anyone who wants to appear there needs to know how their own content arrives. That calls for tools that show your real position honestly — and a path that carries from diagnosis all the way to published text.
